Customer Support Executive

About the role

Handle customer queries and provide technical support for our products. You will work closely with our project managers, designers and developers to deliver high-quality work for clients in India and abroad.

Responsibilities

• Own your tasks from planning to delivery
• Collaborate with the team in daily stand-ups and sprint planning
• Write clean, well-documented and tested work
• Share knowledge and help others grow

Requirements

• 0–2 years of relevant experience
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• A portfolio or work samples you are proud of
• Curiosity and willingness to learn
